ساختمان بار:

ساختمانی که از طریق آن بار، بین حمل و نقل هوایی و زمینی جابجا گردیده و دارای تسهیلات و تجهیزات پردازشی  مربوطه می​ باشد یا بار جهت حمل و نقل هوایی یا زمینی در آن نگهداری می​گردد.

:Cargo building

A building through which cargo passes between air and ground transport and in which processing facilities are located, or in which cargo is stored pending transfer to air or ground transport

سلاح​ های کوچک:

توصیفي کلی که به تمام سلاح​های گرم قابل حمل با دست اطلاق می​گردد.

:Small arms

A general description applied to all hand-held firearms

سرخلبان:

خلباني كه از جانب بهره​ بردار هواپيما يا در مورد هوانوردی عمومي، مالك هواپيما، به فرماندهی تعيين شده است و مسئولیت هدايت ايمن هواپيما را عهده​ دار است.

:Pilot-in-command

The pilot designated by the operator, or in the case of general aviation, the owner, as being in command and charged with the safe conduct of a flight

سیستم مجوز (صدور کارت شناسایی):

سیستمی که کارت​ها یا سایر مدارک صادر شده برای شاغلین در فرودگاه​ها و یا افراد دیگری که نیاز به دسترسی مجاز به فرودگاه​ها، بخش هوایی یا منطقه محدوده امنیتی را دارند را شامل می​شود. هدف این سیستم شناسائی اشخاص و تسهیل در دسترسی آنان است. مجوزهای خودرو با مقاصد مشابه جهت ورود با خودرو صادر می​گردد. این مجوزها گاهی به نام کارت​ های شناسائی فرودگاه یا برگه​ های عبور شناخته می​شوند.

:Permit system

A system consisting of cards or other documentation issued to individual persons employed at airports or who otherwise have a need for authorized access to an airport, airside or security restricted area. Its purpose is to identify the individuals and facilitate access. Vehicle permits are issued and used for similar purposes to allow vehicular access. Permits are sometimes referred to as airport identification cards or passes

سند مسافرتی:

گذرنامه يا سند رسمی هويتی دیگر كه از طرف دولت يا يك سازمان صادر شده است و از طرف دارنده حقیقی آن در سفرهاي بين المللي استفاده می​شود.

:Travel document

A passport or other official document of identity issued by a State or organization which may be used by the rightful holder for international travel

شخص غیرمجاز:

شخصی که مقامات ذیصلاح کشور اجازه ورود به او نداده یا نخواهند داد.

:Inadmissible person

A person who is or will be refused admission to a State by its authorities

رفتارشناسی:

اعمال روش‌های مربوط به تشخیص مشخصات رفتاری مانند روانشناسی یا بررسی علائم حرکتی که نشان‌دهنده رفتار غیرعادی در یک محیط امنیتی هوانوردی است، بمنظور شناسایی اشخاصی که می‌توانند تهدیدی در امنیت هواپیمایی کشوری ایجاد کنند.

:Behavior detection

Within an aviation security environment, the application of techniques involving the recognition of behavioral characteristics, including but not limited to physiological or gestural signs indicative of anomalous behavior, to identify persons who may pose a threat to civil aviation

صدور گواهینامه:

یک ارزیابی رسمی و تأئیدیه صادره توسط و یا به نمایندگی از طرف مقام ذیصلاح امنیت هوانوردی کشوری که نشانه دارا بودن شایستگی‌های لازم دارنده آن برای انجام وظایف در یک سطح قابل قبول و مشخص شده بوسیله مقام ذیصلاح مذکور می‌باشد.

:Certification

A formal evaluation and confirmation by or on behalf of the appropriate authority for aviation security that a person possesses the necessary competencies to perform assigned functions to an acceptable level as defined by the appropriate authority

صندوق (بار) جامه ​دان ​ها:

مخزنی که جامه​ دان​ها را برای انتقال بوسیله هواپیما در درون آن قرار می​دهند.

:Baggage container

A receptacle in which baggage is loaded for conveyance in an aircraft

طرح پیشامد احتمالی:

به طرحي پيشگيرانه كه اقدامات و رويه​هاي مواجهه با سطوح مختلف تهديدها، ارزيابي ريسك​ها و اقدامات امنيتي مربوطه را شامل و براي پيش​بيني و تعديل رويدادها و آماده​سازي كليه بخش​هاي مرتبط داراي نقش و مسئوليت در صورت بروز يك مداخله غيرقانوني واقعــــــي، طراحي مي شود طرح پیشامد احتمالی گفته مي​شود. يك طرح پیشامد احتمالی اقدامات امنيتي شديدتري را نيز شامل مي​شود كه ممكن است با افزايش تهديد، لازم الاجرا شود. اين طرح ممكن است مستقل يا بخشي از طرح مديريت بحران باشد.

:Contingency plan

A proactive plan to include measures and procedures addressing various threat levels, risk assessments and the associated security measures to be implemented, designed to anticipate and mitigate events as well as prepare all concerned parties having roles and responsibilities in the event of an actual act of unlawful interference. A contingency plan sets forth incremental security measures that may be elevated as the threat increases. It may be a stand-alone plan or included as part of a Crisis Management Plan

طرح اضطراری:

طرحی که دستورالعمل​ های هماهنگی اقدامات نهادها و خدمات مختلف فرودگاهی و سازمان​ها و نهادهای محیط پیرامون آن که می​توانند در موقعیت اضطراری به امداد رسانی کمک نمایند را شامل می​شود.

:Emergency plan

A plan setting forth the procedures for coordinating the response of different aerodrome agencies or services and of those agencies in the surrounding community that could be of assistance in responding to an emergency

عملیات حمل و نقل هوایی تجاری:

به عملیات هواپیمای فعال در حمل و نقل مسافرین، بار یا پست در مقابل اجرت و یا كرايه اطلاق مي‌شود.

:Commercial air transport (CAT) operation

An aircraft operation involving the transport of passengers, cargo or mail for remuneration or hire

عملیات کار هوایی:

عملیات هوانوردی که در آن از هواپیما برای خدمات ويژه مانند کشاورزی، ساخت و ساز، عکس برداری/ نقشه برداری، بررسی، رصد، نگهبانی(گشت زنی)، تجسس و نجات و تبلیغات هوايی استفاده شود.

:Aerial work

An aircraft operation in which an aircraft is used for specialized services such as agriculture, construction, photography, surveying, observation and patrol, search and rescue, and aerial advertisement
